Our family had a great stay. The place was clean and we appreciated the attention to detail and how stocked the house was. Big plus was the park down the street for the kiddos. We will be staying again.

Staying at the Tree House was such an amazing experience and opportunity! The home was very well kept, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Each bedroom was very comfortable and the linens and furniture made me feel at home! The location was perfect and it was amazing having that “forrest” feeling all while being 5 minutes from downtown. 100/100 would recommend!

I wanted to celebrate my 30th birthday with my closest girlfriends and this was the CUTEST house!!! It looks better in person than in the photos, and the photos were amazing. The AirBnb website gave me trouble when trying to reserve it, but the hosts were extremely responsive and super super helpful the entire time. The hosts were very nice. I would recommend booking here. They also gave me permission to hire a catering company for my guests, and the backyard has lights that made the perfect ambiance. So happy everything turned out perfect.

Everything was perfect for me in this studio home for prayer and meditation purposes . I wanted to bring my pet with me and it is an extremely clean pet-friendly home. Milo's restaurant is within walking distance (less than 1/2 a block away) if you want to grab coffee and some quick eggs. The TV swivels if you want to lie down comfortable and watch tv. I was fortunate to enjoy snowy weather during my stay and had no idea Prescott AZ was a "mile high" town. Very nice hour and a half getaway from Scottsdale.

This home was exactly as portrayed, the host’s communication with us was the best we have ever experienced, and our fur baby was catered to with special treats, toys, and sleep blankets, etc. The home was immaculate, stocked with everything we needed, and it was beautiful and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the unexpected surprise of holiday decorations both inside and out; they were just one example of how committed this host is to ensuring a high quality experience. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent it again.

Exactly as described in the listing. They had a basket full of fun things for our pup. The place was clean and decorated adorably, and stocked with all of the essentials. The mattress on the sleeper sofa worked well enough for the teens, but might not be ideal for adults. The mattress in the bedroom was very firm, which I prefer, but others might differ. The hosts were proactive and responsive, overall, although I didn't hear from them about whether a late check out was possible, and wish I'd have known either way. This is a great location, good price, and I recommend it.

Our stay was incredible! We had a very lovely time during Christmas week. It really felt like a magical experience staying there. Our kids loved the home and cannot wait to go back. This home engrained a core memory for my family and I. We appreciated the thoughtful design of the home, they cleanliness was above and beyond, and the backyard boulders were a dream for our girls. They had a blast exploring and enjoying themselves in the outdoors. Incredible home!

Of all the places we’ve ever stayed, we’ve never had such thoughtful and attentive hosts. They checked in a few times before we arrived and throughout our stay to make sure everything was going perfectly and that we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. And once we arrived, every little detail they’d thought of to make us feel at home went above and beyond—dog treats for my mother-in-law’s pup, entertainment for both kids and adults, and so many small touches that made the house feel instantly welcoming. The home itself was unbelievably cozy and felt like home. And the deer! We encountered them up close throughout our stay, which was absolutely incredible. We didn’t want to leave… and I’m not exaggerating when I say my 4-year-old actually cried and held onto the walls in protest as we locked up. Thank you for making our much-needed family reunion so special. We’re already talking about our next visit. 10/10 would recommend—and we will absolutely be back!
