Our condo is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath rental featuring a queen-size bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with a comprehensive list of amenities, including cookware, dishes, glasses, kid-safe dishes, an air fryer, a popcorn maker, snacks, seasonings, oil, cutting boards, silverware, and a Keurig with complimentary coffee. You'll also find plenty of cleaning supplies available. The living room offers a variety of games and children's toys, a pull-out sofa bed with extra pillows and blankets, and a smart TV for your entertainment. In the dining area, you'll find a bubble gum machine and a dining table that seats four. The primary bedroom features a smart TV, a dresser, and a spacious walk-in closet. The nightstands are equipped with charging ports for easy access to outlets, and there’s a private patio for your enjoyment. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with twin-over-full beds, children's books, and a closet filled with games, toys, and art supplies. It also comes with a pack 'n play, sheets, and a small fan. The bathroom boasts a large tub and shower, with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, hand soap, a hairdryer, and plenty of towels. It also features a double sink with plenty of counter space. For your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer with liquid soap and an abundance of pool towels. Additionally, there is a private patio with outdoor seating accessible from the living room. The condo includes complimentary access to two heated pools, two hot tubs, a business center, a gym, a sauna, a grill, and outdoor seating. These are shared spaces with the condo complex.
Other Details to Note
We offer a 10% discount on 7-day reservations, a 20% discount on 30-day reservations, and a 25% discount on 8-week reservations. Please purchase trip insurance through Airbnb, especially if you are traveling with children. We do not offer refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Guests cannot receive mail at the condo, as there is a locked mailbox designated for the owner's use only. Please make alternative arrangements for receiving any mail or packages. To prevent the HVAC coils from freezing and to preserve the longevity of the unit, the A/C can only be adjusted to temperatures between 70 and 78 degrees. The unit cannot be cooled any lower; otherwise, it will not function properly. Guests are responsible for any theft or damages caused by pets, children, etc. Please notify us as soon as any damage occurs so we can allow time to fix or replace the damaged item. The community amenities close at 10 PM and reopen at 8 AM. A key pass is required for entry and can be found in the condo. Please note that lost passes will incur a $100 fine. Well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome. However, please do not leave dogs unattended in the home if they have separation anxiety and/or tend to bark excessively. There is a $250 fine for pets that urinate or defecate inside the home. We do not allow smoking inside the home; any smoke odor will incur a $500 fine. You may smoke outside, provided that doors and windows are closed.
