Parking - 3 uncovered parking spaces on-site + additional street parking. Stairs - The home is a single story, but it does include steps inside the house. There are also steps to the front door. Refunds - No refunds outside our cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing Airbnb trip insurance for unexpected changes. Pets - Pets welcome if well‑behaved and house‑trained. - No excessive barking; don’t leave pets with separation anxiety unattended if they scratch or bark. - $250 fine for indoor accidents. Owners pay for any pet damage or lost items. Wi‑Fi - High‑speed internet provided. Occasional seasonal outages (e.g., monsoon) may occur; no refunds for connectivity issues.
