House Rules - Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM - Maximum guests: 10. No parties or events. Small gatherings welcomed! - Pets welcome (max 30 lbs). Pets must not be on furniture or in beds. Owners are responsible for any pet damage. A $250 cleaning fee applies if a pet urinates or defecates inside. - Smoking only outdoors with all windows and doors closed. Do not allow smoke odor inside — a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odor enters the home. - Please treat the home with care so it remains pleasant for you and future guests.
