Featuring vaulted wood-beam ceilings, stone accents, and expansive natural light, this home offers comfort and views of Granite Mountain. * Living Space: Warm up by the stone fireplace, relax in plush leather seating, watch TV, or enjoy board games together. * Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped, spacious kitchen and large dining area perfect for family meals, complete with complimentary coffee. * Primary Suite: Features a king bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and complimentary soaps and hair care. * Bedrooms 2 & 3: Each furnished with a queen bed. * Bedroom 4 / Office: Dedicated workspace featuring a queen pull-out sofa bed. * Outdoor Living: Take in panoramic views of Granite Mountain from the spacious deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. The fully fenced backyard includes a shaded hot tub and an outdoor fire pit. * Location: A short drive to Courthouse Plaza/Prescott Square, local dining, shopping, groceries, and hiking and biking trails.

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM * Check-out is at 10:00 AM. * Pet Policy: Dogs are warmly welcomed with an additional pet fee. Please make sure to register your dogs on your reservation prior to arrival. Due to allergies, we strictly cannot accommodate cats or other non-canine pets. * Our home is strictly smoke-free inside. If you need to smoke, please step outdoors with all house windows and doors completely closed, and ensure all cigarette butts are safely extinguished and disposed of in outdoor trash receptacles. * Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests. Daytime visits from your local family and friends are always welcome! * Good Neighbor Policy: We love our neighbors and kindly ask that you help us respect them by keeping noise to a friendly level. * No parties or large gatherings. * Hot Tub is serviced professionally between each stay. Please close the hot tub cover when not in use. * No required check out instructions. It is suggested to leave the beds unmade, start the dishwasher before departure, remove personal items from fridge, turn off lights & lock the doors.
