You will appreciate relaxing on one of two decks or in the premium jacuzzi while overlooking the best Ponderosa Pine mountain top view in Prescott. Hiking trails heading into the national forest are a short walk down the road or you can head down the custom wooden steps into our 2 acres forest behind the home. Enjoy being "in the mountains" but only 9 minutes from downtown! The attention to detail around comfort and luxury is unmatched. This property boasts granite countertops throughout, high end bathroom fixtures and tile showers, brand new stainless steel appliances, high end mattresses and bedding, beautiful kitchen cabinets and incredibly comfortable seating throughout. We specialize in creating experiences for friends and family that will be remembered for a lifetime. Relax in the zero gravity full body massage chair, enjoy the multitude of games or enjoy a movie on the high end TVs. The property boasts over 3,000 square feet of living space which includes a fire pit outside in addition to a gas grill, two decks and a massive jacuzzi that overlooks the incredible mountain view as well as steps that go down to the forest oasis. If you'd rather be inside, you can enjoy playing pool, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard or one of the two arcade games or a board game on the poker table. --Details by Room-- -Upper Level- Grove Suite: In the Grove Suite, you will wake up in a premium king sized mattress and luxury bedding to a beautiful full wall mural with light bursting through a pine tree forest, or you can look to the right and see the actual ponderosa pine mountain view outside the sliding glass door that leads to the private deck. The Grove Suite includes a luxurious full bathroom with granite countertops, high end cabinets, a tile shower and luxury lighting. This is an inspiring room with so much to enjoy and amazing decorations. Kitchen and Family Room: Wow, this is a gorgeous open concept space with a massive misty forest wall mural, overhead recessed lighting, a 70" LG Smart TV, comfortable couches (one with a queen pull out), beautiful area rugs, a shuffleboard, poker table and a large custom built kitchen table. The kitchen has a large granite island with seating for 5 or 6 in addition to brand new appliances, premium cabinets, a ceramic sink, premium lighting and is fully stocked with spices, and anything you might need to enjoy some family cooking! Desert Rose Room: In the Desert Rose Bedroom, your wall mural is awesome. Deer antlers, roses and mystery. Additionally, enjoy the view of the tall pines as well as the white crystal padded bed frame and luxury mattress and bedding. Comfy room next to the kitchen in case you want a midnight snack! -Lower Level- Family Room / Kids Play Area: The couches in this space are extremely comfortable and include a full sized pull out as well. The 65" TV is also a brand new SMART LG TV. The "Kid's Toy Fort" has a Twin Mattress on top and a fun play area below that includes a toddler slide, in addition to lots of toys to play with and board games. Game Room: This is awesome. Enjoy shooting some pool on a single slate table, playing air hockey, foosball or ping pong or the awesome arcade games. Lots of space and just an incredible opportunity to enjoy being together while having a little fun. Aspen Room: Another luxurious room with a premium mattress / linens, a jet black padded high end headboard and an incredibly inspiring white Aspen Forest wall mural. Also, wake up to the view of the Ponderosa Pines! So comfy cozy. Foxes Den Bedroom: This beautiful double queen bunk bed room has an extra large window to view the mountains, comfortable beds, another amazing wall mural and is just generally a great space. Little Cottage Bedroom: Larger room with an extra futon and sitting area and large area rug. In addition to the luxury bedding, there is a hand crafted headboard, beautiful décor and a door to walk out to the swing and jacuzzi. -Outside- Tesla charger, massive luxury Jacuzzi, propane barbeque, access to the forest oasis on the property, wooden swing, firepit and an enclosed 4' chain-link fence on the backside of the property. Other Things to Note: This property includes a laundry room onsite as well as a snow-plow service and can fit as many as 7 cars. Additionally, it is a neighborhood, so please be cognizant of avoiding speeding and being too loud in the evening.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION * Our properties are nestled in the forest area of Prescott, Arizona, home to a variety of wildlife including bears, javelinas, Arizona beetles, large mosquitoes, lizards and other creatures. While our homes undergo regular pest control treatments, you may occasionally encounter outdoor bugs indoors. * There is no landline telephone available at the property, but most cell service carriers offer coverage in the area. * We provide high-speed internet, the fastest WiFi in the region; however, service may fluctuate occasionally due to the mountainous location, altitude, and weather conditions. * To ensure a safe stay, we kindly remind guests to avoid leaving food or trash outdoors, as this will attract unwanted wildlife. * For security purposes, there is an external camera monitoring the exterior area. Please be advised that we do not reside on the property full-time and use the camera to oversee property security during each reservation. * We do not offer cancellations, refunds, reschedules, or credits for weather-related issues, changes in our guests plans, or guest emergencies. We recommend guests purchase travel insurance through Airbnb at the time of booking to protect against such circumstances. * Periodically, third-party services such as water filtration, hot tub maintenance, landscaping, and pest control may be on-site at the property. * As our home is situated in the mountainous forest area, the water may have hard water characteristics due to mineral content, impacting its taste. Although this water is safe for consumption and treated professionally, guests may notice mineral taste and potential water spots on dishes. The dishes are cleaned thoroughly, but the hard water may affect their appearance. Guests who are sensitive to the taste may wish to bring bottled water during their stay for their convenience. * Our hot tub is professionally maintained on a weekly basis. If you encounter any issues with the hot tub during your stay, please inform us promptly, and we will arrange for servicing. To maintain the hot tub's condition, guests are not allowed to enter with body oil, lotion, or hair products that may alter the water quality and cause oily substances or discoloration. Thank you for your cooperation. Pet Policy: We welcome well-trained pets that sleep in a crate. Puppies are not permitted due to new carpeting in lower-level and bedroom areas. Well-behaved furry friends will incur an additional fee of $30 per night per pet, with a payment request sent post-booking. An enclosed dog run is available in the backyard, but pets should not be left unsupervised due to potential wildlife. Kindly respect neighbors and move gatherings indoors after late hours. For larger group gatherings exceeding the base price of 17 guests, an additional fee will apply. $25/night/person for people staying the night above 17 people and a $600 large group gathering fee for 25 or more people gathering at the house. $10/night for use of the Tesla Charging Station. Neighborhood
The Pine Ridge neighborhood borders the National Forest and is known for being peaceful and surrounded by pines, beautiful homes, cabins and wildlife. It is incredible how varied the terrain is within 20 minutes of our lodge in all directions - mountain peaks, national forests, rock climbing and lakes as well as the famous whiskey row that is 3 miles away! Truly a dream.
