House Rules: * Check-in 4 PM | Check-out 10 AM * Max Guests: 12 * Pets: Welcome with fee (please review pet policy) * No smoking: Smoking is not allowed at this property * No parties or events (Strict HOA) * Quiet hours**: 9 PM – 7 AM * Fire restrictions** may apply during fire season * Damage, pet waste, or late check-outs may result in added fees Before You Leave: * Place towels by the washer * Run the dishwasher * Empty the fridge * Remove all trash to outdoor bins * Pick up all pet waste (yard must be clean) Pet Policy: Pet's are not allowed in the beds or on the furniture, owner's must remove all pet waste from the yard ($100 fine) and pets may not urinate or defecate inside the home ($250 fine.) Owner is responsible for any damage caused by pets. Party Violations: We have a strict HOA and do not allow parties or excessive noise outside. There is a $500 fine for noncompliance and your reservation may be cancelled.
