Please Note: During the winter months, a 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended due to snow and road conditions. This home permits hypoallergenic dogs only, which must be discussed and approved prior to booking. No other pets are allowed. The property is strictly non-smoking, both indoors and outdoors. A maximum of 10 guests is permitted at any time. Please observe local noise ordinances between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Additionally, Arizona may implement fire bans during wildfire season. As a result, the fire pit amenity may be unavailable if restrictions are in place.
