Vehicles are strictly limited to a maximum of 4 and must park completely inside the garage or on the driveway. This is a 100% smoke-free home. A $500 fine will be assessed if any smoke odor or evidence is detected inside the property. The booking guest is fully responsible for any accidental damages, theft, or pet-related damages that occur during the stay. To guarantee your total satisfaction, Southwest Serenity is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between every single stay.
