This home was exactly as portrayed, the host’s communication with us was the best we have ever experienced, and our fur baby was catered to with special treats, toys, and sleep blankets, etc. The home was immaculate, stocked with everything we needed, and it was beautiful and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the unexpected surprise of holiday decorations both inside and out; they were just one example of how committed this host is to ensuring a high quality experience. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent it again.

Exactly as described in the listing. They had a basket full of fun things for our pup. The place was clean and decorated adorably, and stocked with all of the essentials. The mattress on the sleeper sofa worked well enough for the teens, but might not be ideal for adults. The mattress in the bedroom was very firm, which I prefer, but others might differ. The hosts were proactive and responsive, overall, although I didn't hear from them about whether a late check out was possible, and wish I'd have known either way. This is a great location, good price, and I recommend it.

Our stay was incredible! We had a very lovely time during Christmas week. It really felt like a magical experience staying there. Our kids loved the home and cannot wait to go back. This home engrained a core memory for my family and I. We appreciated the thoughtful design of the home, they cleanliness was above and beyond, and the backyard boulders were a dream for our girls. They had a blast exploring and enjoying themselves in the outdoors. Incredible home!

Of all the places we’ve ever stayed, we’ve never had such thoughtful and attentive hosts. They checked in a few times before we arrived and throughout our stay to make sure everything was going perfectly and that we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. And once we arrived, every little detail they’d thought of to make us feel at home went above and beyond—dog treats for my mother-in-law’s pup, entertainment for both kids and adults, and so many small touches that made the house feel instantly welcoming. The home itself was unbelievably cozy and felt like home. And the deer! We encountered them up close throughout our stay, which was absolutely incredible. We didn’t want to leave… and I’m not exaggerating when I say my 4-year-old actually cried and held onto the walls in protest as we locked up. Thank you for making our much-needed family reunion so special. We’re already talking about our next visit. 10/10 would recommend—and we will absolutely be back!

Rented this house for my granddaughter 8th birthday and it was a barbie dream house for sure. Details was amazing everything you could ask for. my baby said this was the best day of her life and asked if we could move there lol. I ensured them that it was barbies first house and she actually lived there. That made it even more magical for the girls. I recommend this house 10/10

I booked a last minute stay for an overnight in Prescott with my son. There were ample games, books, Lincoln logs, manga-tiles etc to keep him entertained. We also brought art supplies and enjoyed creating on one of many outdoor patios. Kitchen: not just gorgeous but functional, I cooked dinner onsite and there were ample spices on stock for use. Sleep: The bed was super comfortable and we felt right at home. The blackout curtains allowed us both to sleep in for the first time in a long time! We would not hesitate to book again and bring friends along with us (as the home is quite large with ample space and private areas for a two family or couples stay) Thank you!

This is a historic home so be ready for some nostalgia. It was kind of fun figuring out its history. Pretty sure it was a maternity house as all the bedrooms had an old hospital vibe. With all its quirkiness I would stay here again. Keeping in mind I personally like nostalgia.

We couldn’t be more impressed with the Prescott Treehouse! Great location. Freshly renovated. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Great communication with hosts. All the extra touches are top-notch. This one is hard to leave. Just beautiful! Photos on AirBnB don’t do it justice. We are repeat renters and will be back!
